Approval of Research Plan for Governance Study in Charitable Organizations

The research plan prepared by Moroccan researcher Ahmed Asghiri has been approved for an applied study on a proposed governance model aimed at enhancing financial safety and transparency mechanisms in charitable organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This step is part of his efforts to obtain a doctorate degree from the Accounting Department.

The plan received approval from a scientific committee in the Accounting Department, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Shihab Al-Din, following a seminar session held to discuss the plan, supervised by the Graduate Studies Dean at the Islamic University of Minnesota, College of Economics and Business, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 10:00 PM Mecca time.

The discussion committee consisted, in addition to its chair, of Dr. Ahmed Yass Besbous and Dr. Omar Al-Ser Al-Hassan Mohammed.
