Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan for Thuwaiba Al-Turaifi

A scientific committee chaired by Dr. Hiba Tawfiq Abu Iyadah, Head of the Educational Administration Department, has approved the research plan prepared by researcher Thuwaiba Abdullah Al-Turaifi for her study titled "Proposed Concept for Improving Job Performance in Private Secondary Schools in Jeddah in Light of Digital Leadership," as part of her pursuit of a PhD in Educational Administration.

The approval of the plan came following a seminar session held on Wednesday, March 26, 2024, at 4:30 PM Mecca time, during which the committee discussed the plan under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center - College of Educational Sciences.

The discussion committee consisted, in addition to its chair, of Dr. Lamyaa Al-Khalayleh and Dr. Tahani Benat as members.
