Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan to Improve Administrative Practices

Minnesota, April 26, 2025 – A scientific committee from the Department of Educational Administration, chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Hiba Tawfiq Abu Iyada, approved the research plan prepared by Egyptian PhD student Mohammed Al-Shahat Abdu Ahmed. This study aims to propose a framework for improving administrative practices among secondary school principals in Arabic schools in the capital city of Djibouti, in light of Islamic educational management methods.

This decision followed a seminar session held by the committee to discuss the plan, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota. The session took place on Saturday, April 26, at 9 PM Mecca time. The committee included Dr. Hiba Tawfiq Abu Iyada as chair, along with members Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh, Dr. Lamiya Al-Khalayleh, and Dr. Aya Daif Allah Al-Momani.
