Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan for Merjan Ismail

A scientific committee from the Human Resource Management Department, chaired by Dr. Marwan Muafaq Ghazi Al-Abbas, has approved the research plan prepared by Kenyan researcher Merjan Osama Ismail in his pursuit of a PhD from the College of Economics and Business.

The plan, titled "Analysis of Training and Development Programs on Faculty Performance in Private Universities in Borama, Somaliland: The Moderating Role of Institutional Support," was approved following a seminar session supervised by the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 9 PM Mecca time.

In addition to its chair, the committee included Dr. Noha Naji Abdulsamad and Dr. Dina Saad El-Sayed Khattab, who discussed the details and research objectives of the plan.
