Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan for Comparative Study of Laws

A scientific committee, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Shu'aib Abdulmaqsoud, head of the law department, has approved the research plan prepared by Palestinian researcher Ahmad Azmi Ahmed Al-Haroub. This plan aims to conduct a comparative study between Palestinian, Jordanian, and Egyptian laws on the topic of "Nullity of Administrative Decisions."

This approval came after a seminar session held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 9:30 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center - College of Sharia and Law.

In addition to the chairperson, the seminar committee included Dr. Salah Rajab and Dr. Ameer Khalifa, who discussed the research plan extensively, reflecting the interest of academics in contemporary legal issues.
