Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan on Objectives of Financial Contract Conditions

A scientific committee from the Department of Jurisprudence and Its Foundations, chaired by Dr. Salah Faraj, head of the department, has approved the research plan prepared by researcher Mohammed Ramadan Bah for an analytical study in the Hanbali school regarding the topic "Objectives of Financial Contract Conditions." This is part of his efforts to obtain a Master's degree from the College of Sharia and Law.

This decision followed a seminar session held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 9:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center. The committee, in addition to its chair, included Dr. Murad Ouda, Dr. Maher Alawan, and Dr. Ali Abdullah as members.
