College of Educational Sciences Discusses PhD Proposal in Educational Administration

The College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota – Main Center, organized a scientific seminar on Saturday, September 20, 2025, to discuss the research proposal presented by doctoral student Ibtisam Omair Mohammed Al-Shahrani from the Department of Educational Administration, entitled: “Proposed Educational Administrative Procedures to Achieve Strategic Vigilance in Educational Institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Light of Organizational Genes.”

The session was held under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies, with the participation of a specialized academic committee chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abu Ayadah, Head of the Department of Educational Administration, and with the membership of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahr, Dr. Shareef Mohammed Shareef, and Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh.

The seminar commenced at 9:00 p.m. Makkah time, in an interactive academic atmosphere that reflected the university’s commitment to advancing scientific research and guiding graduate students toward high-quality studies that serve the educational and developmental reality in the Arab and Islamic world.
