Research Plan on Application of Shari'a Policy in Jihad Rulings

The doctoral research plan prepared by researcher Hatem Mustafa Ismail has been approved under the title "The Application of Shari'a Policy in Jihad Rulings: A Comparative Study between Islamic Law and International Humanitarian Law - 'The War on Gaza: Tofan Al-Aqsa' 2023 as a Case Study." The approval was granted by the scientific committee, chaired by Dr. Anas Jarab.

A seminar session was held at the College of Sharia and Law at the Islamic University in Minnesota, as part of the Graduate Studies Deanship. The research proposal was discussed in this session on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 4:00 PM Mecca time.

The examination committee consists of the committee chairman, Dr. Anas Jarab, who also serves as the Deputy Head of the Department of Judiciary and Shari'a Policy. The other members include Dr. Najwa Qaraqish, Dr. Mohammed Jamal Abu Sinina, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Shaqaldi.
