Approval of Three Research Plans in the Department of Educational Administration
The Scientific Committee, chaired by Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abu Ayada, Head of the Department of Educational Administration, has approved three research plans submitted by three graduate students at the College of Education - Department of Educational Administration, Islamic University of Minnesota.
The first research plan was submitted by student Jamal Mohammed Ahmed Al-Sobaihi, aiming to obtain a Master's degree in Educational Administration. The plan is titled "The Application of Quality Standards in Primary Education - Arab Education in the Capital of Djibouti."
The second research plan was submitted by student Mohammed Abdullah Marzouq Al-Shahrani, aiming to obtain a Ph.D. in Educational Administration. The plan is titled "The Effectiveness of a Proposed Training Program Based on Synchronous and Asynchronous E-Learning in Developing Decision-Making Skills in the Leadership Behavior of Government School Principals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia."
The third research plan was submitted by student Badriyah Abdullah Marzouq Al-Shahrani, also aiming to obtain a Ph.D. in Educational Administration. The plan is titled "A Proposed Training Program to Improve the Performance Quality of Mathematics Teachers in Government Schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Light of Educational Technology."
A seminar session was held by the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota's main campus to discuss the three research plans on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 9:00 PM Mecca time.
The scientific committee that reviewed the plans consisted of Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abu Ayada as the chair, Dr. Najla'a Saleh as a member, Dr. Asma'a Al-Jabri as a member, Prof. Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh as a member, and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahr as a member.
