Committee Approves Two Research Plans for Law Doctoral Degree

A committee from the Law Department, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Shuaib Abdulmaqsoud, Chairman of the Law Department and Director of Legal Affairs, has approved two research plans submitted by students Karim Hamed Al-Sakhawi and Idris Ahmed Musa, for obtaining a doctoral degree in law.

A seminar session was held at the College of Sharia and Law - Law Department at the University, attended by Dr. Ihab Talaat Abdulkhaleq, Dr. Hassan Al-Hamwi, and Dr. Fouad Ghjati, on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 9:00 PM Mecca time. Karim Al-Sakhawi's plan, titled "Civil Liability Arising from Misuse of Electronic Press - A Comparative Study between Egyptian and Saudi Legislations," and Idris Ahmed Musa's plan, titled "The Principle of Non-Refoulement in International Law - A Critical Analytical Study," were discussed.

The committee members included Dr. Mohammed Shuaib Abdulmaqsoud, Dr. Ihab Talaat Abdulkhaleq, Dr. Hassan Al-Hamwi, and Dr. Fouad Ghjati.
