Mustafa Al-Abbas Receives Master's Degree in Business Administration

Researcher Mustafa Al-Abbas has been awarded a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Islamic University of Minnesota after fulfilling the requirements for the degree. His thesis, titled "The Role of Creative Leadership in Enhancing Empowerment, Innovation, and Driving Change among Engineers at the Munaifah Branch of Saudi Aramco," was supervised by Dr. Abdulrahman Ahmed Abdulghani from the Islamic University of Minnesota.

A public defense session for the thesis was held, chaired by Dr. Mohammad Younis Hamida, Head of the Business Administration Department at the Islamic University of Minnesota. The defense committee also included Dr. Hibatullah Mukhtar as an internal examiner and Dr. Mohammed Khaled Abu Al-Qasem, a former faculty member at the Workers University - Egypt, as an external examiner.
