Committee Approves Doctoral Dissertation Plan in Islamic Economics

As part of the ongoing efforts of the Islamic University of Minnesota to develop scientific research and raise the level of graduate studies, a scientific committee from the Department of Islamic Economics has approved the doctoral dissertation plan of Taiseer Mohammed Hassan Sultan.

The scientific committee that discussed the proposal was chaired by Dr. Hiam Al-Zuabi, Head of the Department, and included Dr. Abay Al-Shanqiti, Dr. Mohammed Dasuqi, Dr. Raed Bani Issa, and Dr. Zayed Al-Duwairi. This came after a seminar session held by the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota at 10:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

The approved dissertation proposal was titled "The Juristic Adaptation of External Financial Transfers and their Impact on the National Economy - The Syrian Economy as a Model".
