Islamic University of Minnesota Approves Research Plan of Abu Bakr Sheikh

MINNESOTA, USA - An academic committee from the Department of Creed and Contemporary Schools of Thought at the Islamic University of Minnesota has approved a research plan submitted by researcher Abu Bakr Jafoun to study the Islamic Preaching Methods of confronting the Shia expansion in Guinea-Bissau.

The study, which will be submitted as part of the requirements for obtaining a PhD degree from the College of Islamic Studies, will be a descriptive and analytical study.

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota, the main center, held a seminar session to discuss the aforementioned research plan on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10:00 PM Mecca time.

The discussion committee consisted of the following members in addition to its chairman, Prof. Dr. Imad Al-Din Abdo Al-Ojaili: Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Al-Majd, Dr. Amer Al-Mashhrawi, and Dr. Khalaf Al-Mutwali
