Doctoral Plan Approved for Sohaib Saleh in Educational Administration

A scientific committee from the Department of Educational Administration, headed by Dr. Hiba Tawfiq Abu Ayyada, the Head of the Department, approved the research plan submitted by student Sohaib Saleh, in fulfillment of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate, entitled (A Proposed Educational Administrative Guide to Achieve an Effective Organizational Climate in Sharia Colleges at Saudi Universities in Light of Leadership, Communication, and Employee Care Variables).

The Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, Main Center, College of Educational Sciences, held a seminar session to discuss the aforementioned research plan on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 10:00 PM Mecca Time.

It is worth noting that the discussion committee that approved the plan consisted of Dr. Hiba Abu Ayyada as the chair, along with Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Bahr, Dr. Amani Al-Khatlan, and Dr. Lamia Al-Khalayleh as members.
