Researcher Oqbah Al-Haj Obtains PhD in Business Administration

Researcher Oqbah Abduljabbar Al-Haj Mustafa obtained his PhD in Business Administration after discussing his thesis titled "The Impact of Job Quality on the Academic Performance of Faculty Members in Universities - A Field Study: Applied to Universities in Northern and Eastern Syria".

The Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, Main Center, College of Economics and Business Administration - Department of Business Administration, held the discussion session on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 9:30 PM Mecca time.

The discussion committee, which recommended granting the researcher the degree, was chaired by Dr. Mohammed Younis Hamida, Head of the Department of Business Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota. The committee also included Dr. Abdulrahman Abdulghani, a faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota, as supervisor, Dr. Mohammed Fathi, a faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota, as internal examiner, and Dr. Manal Mohammed Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Sudan Open University, as external examiner.
