The Research and Studies Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, organized on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, corresponding to 8 Ramadan 1447 AH, a scientific workshop titled: "Interpersonal Skills in Light of the Prophet’s Biography," with wide participation from students and interested individuals via the Zoom platform.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Dalia Abdulwahab, who highlighted a range of educational skills derived from the Prophet’s life, focusing on principles of psychological support, trust-building, indirect motivation, and their role in creating positive change in human relationships.
The session also addressed the foundations of managing differences wisely, skills for controlling emotions and containing anger, and establishing a balanced framework for relationship management based on ethical consistency and emotional stability. Emphasis was placed on the importance of engaging with cultural diversity in line with prophetic guidance.
Dr. Sara Mohadeen moderated the workshop, enhancing participant interaction and enriching discussions on the practical applications of the Prophet’s biography in daily life, contributing to the development of successful social and professional relationships.
This workshop is part of the Research and Studies Center’s ongoing efforts to provide high-quality programs that foster personal skill development and elevate human behavior in accordance with Islamic values, linking theoretical knowledge with practical application.
