Successful Meeting of Undergraduate Student Affairs Unit

On Tuesday, December 19, 2023, a meeting was held for the undergraduate student affairs team, chaired by Mr. Suleiman Maqboul. During the meeting, the team discussed the unit's tasks, such as enrolling students in their respective majors, scheduling courses, and updating student lists. 

The tasks were distributed among the team members, with a focus on following and documenting instructions, updating student lists, monitoring student matters during exams, organizing achievement files, and tracking disciplined and absent students. 

Mr. Maqboul emphasized the importance of cooperation, precision, and encouraging creative thinking and constructive opinions. 

The meeting also addressed the advantages that would contribute to improving the educational process and ensuring its quality. In addition to Mr. Suleiman, the meeting was attended by Ms. Nada Ismail, Ms. Afnan Fuad, Ms. Rawan Nabil, and Ms. Amna Ali.
