Expanded Meeting of Deans and Departments Heads

On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, an expanded meeting was held for the deans and department heads at the Islamic University of Minnesota with the aim of preparing for the second semester final examinations. The meeting was attended by several academic and administrative officials.

Mr. Suleiman Maqbool, the Director of the Undergraduate Student Affairs Unit, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the attendance of the deans and officials, and praised the productive and friendly atmosphere that characterized the meeting. He commended the cooperation and close understanding demonstrated by everyone, affirming that the points discussed would contribute to achieving the desired objectives.

Dr. Zainab Basyouni, the Director of the Student Affairs Deanship, expressed her thanks and appreciation to Mr. Suleiman Maqbool for his effective role in the meeting and praised the engagement and participation of the attendees.

In turn, the attendees expressed their appreciation for Mr. Suleiman Maqbool and the efforts he made in exchanging valuable information during the meeting. They expressed their desire to hold these meetings periodically to enhance cooperation and coordination among all departments at the university.

It is worth noting that the second semester final examinations are expected to commence on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and continue until Monday, March 9, 2024, according to the approved academic calendar of the university.
