She explained that the university has begun receiving and processing appeal requests in direct coordination with the Control Unit to ensure prompt review and accuracy in handling submissions during this phase.

Dr. Basyouni also called on faculty members to continuously monitor any incoming remarks or inquiries and to respond promptly when needed, contributing to the efficient and orderly completion of this stage.
