New Management for the Training, Development, and Community Programs Center
Doctor Omar Al-Maqrami, Vice Chancellor of the Islamic University in Minnesota, issued a decision to restructure the Training and Development Center and Community Programs. The decision included the appointment of Eng. Mu'tasem Faiz Al-Maqrami as the General Manager of the center, Dr. Fatima Jumaa Al-Wahsh as the Executive Director, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Hamati as the Secretary.
The new management of the center expressed gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Muysar Salamah Abu Amra, the former Executive Director, for her significant efforts in establishing and developing the center, and achieving successes during the past year. Eng. Mu'tasem Faiz was appointed with the assistance of Dr. Muysar to assume the new position.
The new administration extended thanks and recognition to Dr. Muysar Salamah Abu Amra for her immense efforts and dedication in establishing and building the Training and Development Center, and achieving successes in the center and the university. They also expressed their best wishes for her success in her future endeavors.
This decision came as a result of the unforeseen circumstances that Dr. Muysar Salamah Abu Amra faced, which affected her ability to continue her previous role. Eng. Mu'tasem Faiz was appointed with the assistance of Dr. Muysar to assume the position.
The new center allows academics to volunteer in delivering courses, workshops, lectures, and seminars organized by the center, which will be broadcasted through the Zoom platform and recorded for upload on the university's official website.
