Training Center Organizes Workshop on Contemporary Financial Transactions

The Training and Development Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main campus, held a training workshop titled "Contemporary Financial Transactions: Rules and Regulations." The session was delivered by Dr. Abai Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Shanqeeti, a member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars and a faculty member in the Department of Islamic Economics at the university, and managed by Engineer Al-Mu'tasem Faiz, the director of the Training Center.

The workshop took place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Mecca time. It targeted employees of Islamic banks and financial institutions, accountants and financial consultants, students in Sharia and economics disciplines, businessmen, and anyone interested in fair financial transactions, as well as those seeking to align their financial dealings with Sharia rulings.
