Training Center Launches Specialized Training Plan to Develop Academic and Administrative Competencies
As part of its efforts to enhance skills and strengthen capabilities, the Center for Training, Development, and Community Programs at the Islamic University of Minnesota – Main Center – announced the launch of a comprehensive training plan targeting administrators, faculty members, and students through specialized programs that include Effective Communication Skills Development, Technology Integration in Education, and Critical
Thinking and Problem-Solving.
The Center’s Director, Engineer Moatasem Faiz, explained that each program comprises more than ten specialized courses, emphasizing that this initiative represents an investment in human capital and supports the university’s mission to improve administrative and academic performance, while equipping students with analytical and creative skills that meet the demands of the modern era.
