The course aimed to equip participating students and interested individuals from within and outside the university with knowledge of modern problem-solving models and tools. It sought to develop their skills in dealing with complex academic and life challenges and making sound decisions by evaluating available alternatives.

The lectures focused on several key topics, including:

  • The nature and characteristics of complex problems.
  • Problem analysis tools and root cause diagnosis, such as SWOT analysis and the Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram.
  • Criteria for selecting the appropriate tool for each type of problem.
  • Practical applications and real-world models to ensure the direct transfer of knowledge into practice.

The course witnessed notable interaction and attendance. It aimed to achieve important outcomes, most notably enabling participants to master analysis and solution tools and enhancing their abilities to confront difficult situations with greater flexibility and efficiency. This is expected to positively impact their future educational and professional paths.

It is worth noting that the Center offered free attendance for university students, along with awarding them certified participation certificates. Participation was opened to non-affiliates for a nominal fee, in line with the Center's policy of providing development opportunities and serving the broader local and academic community.
