Workshop on Effective Team Performance Appraisal

The Training, Development, and Community Programs Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota organized a workshop titled "Effective Team Performance Appraisal." The workshop will be delivered by Dr. Mohammed Fahmi, an internationally certified trainer and a consultant in the fields of business and organizational development. Dr. Fahmi is also a lecturer at the Qatar Academy of Finance and Business and a faculty member at the College of Economics and Business Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota.

The center emphasized the importance of effective team performance appraisal in its statement, as it is a key concern for large organizations and institutions. It significantly impacts the quality of employees' work and their opportunities for success in performing their tasks, which are crucial pillars for any organization.

The workshop will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 8:00 PM Mecca time and will last for two hours. It is targeted towards managers, employees in administrative units, students from within and outside the university, and anyone interested in the topic.
