Appointment of Ahmad Shamsan as Editor-in-Chief of "Sada Al-Jami'a"

The Deputy of the Islamic University of Minnesota, Dr. Omar Ahmed Al-Maqrami, issued a decision to modify the structure of the editorial board of the newspaper "Sada Al-Jami'a." The position of Managing Editor was eliminated, and Mr. Ahmad Mohammed Shamsan was appointed as Editor-in-Chief, under the supervision of the Media Center Director, Engineer Abdullah Al-Mansoub.

Dr. Al-Maqrami congratulated Mr. Shamsan on his appointment, emphasizing that the newspaper has achieved remarkable success. He noted that each of its twenty-three issues surpasses the previous one, expressing appreciation for Shamsan's efforts in editing and monitoring.

In a statement, Shamsan expressed his gratitude to the university administration for their trust in him, affirming his commitment to presenting an accurate and appealing image of the university, while highlighting the importance of the moderate message it advocates.

This decision coincided with the second anniversary of the establishment of "Sada Al-Jami'a," with the release of the twenty-third issue, which included celebratory materials featuring impressions from several university figures and an interview with the Dean of the College of Media, Professor Abdul Salam Al-Wahati.

It is noteworthy that "Sada Al-Jami'a" has a dedicated platform on the university's official website, featuring all published issues in PDF format with download options.
