New Academic Collaboration: Islamic University of Minnesota Signs Agreement with Inonu University
Doctor Omar bin Ahmed Al-Maqrami, the Vice President of the Islamic University of Minnesota and Head of the Main Center, announced a new achievement in the university's international agreements with scientific institutions. A new agreement has been signed with Inonu University in Turkey, focusing on the publication of scientific research.
Dr. Al-Maqrami explained that this agreement allows faculty members at the Islamic University to publish their research in the SÛF İnterdisipliner Sosyal Bilimler Araştırma Dergisi, a peer-reviewed international journal published biannually under the auspices of the Turkish Ministry of Culture.
Al-Maqrami expressed his gratitude to Dr. Mustafa Alton Kaya, President of the Turkish branch of the Islamic University of Minnesota, praising his efforts in securing this agreement and his ongoing commitment to enhancing collaboration with Inonu University.
He also noted that Inonu University, located in Malatya, is a leading public university in Turkey, playing a significant role in supporting the Islamic University of Minnesota in areas such as academic accreditation and degree equivalency. The two universities had previously signed a similar agreement four years ago and collaborated on an international scientific conference held at Inonu University three years ago, reflecting their ongoing communication and partnership.
