Eighth Issue of Minnesota International Journal of Academic Studies Released

Minnesota, January 7, 2025 – The Islamic University of Minnesota – Main Center has published the eighth issue (Volume 2) of its quarterly peer-reviewed Minnesota International Journal of Academic Studies. Released on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, the issue spans 566 pages and features 14 peer-reviewed research papers, including 11 in Arabic and 3 in English, authored by 19 researchers from 10 countries.
Professor Hanan Sobhi Obeid, Editor-in-Chief of the journal, highlighted that the research papers cover diverse fields such as strategic planning, digital media, tourism development, national identity enhancement, cybersecurity measures, environmental and narrative heritage, Islamic political thought, human resources in the digital transformation era, academic performance quality, psychological resilience, therapeutic strategies, planning skill development, and the relationship between spiritual purification (Tazkiyah) and Quranic themes.
Professor Obeid emphasized that all research papers underwent rigorous peer review by internal and external specialists, who were honored with certificates of appreciation. She also praised the outstanding collaboration between the Media Center and the editorial team, noting that the issue was completed on schedule in accordance with the strategic plan.
The journal boasts an advisory board of 48 professors and doctors, and an editorial board of 49 academics from various academic ranks. It has obtained the international serial number (E: ISSN: 2994-9122) and aspires to achieve global recognition through initiatives to twin with other Arab and international peer-reviewed journals, aiming to be indexed in Scopus.
The issue was published electronically with an elegant design by Jordanian graphic engineer Abdullah Daras, under the supervision of the Media Center Director, Engineer Abdullah Mohammed Al-Mansoub.
