Release of Second Issue of Journal of Economics and Business Administration

Makkah, May 27, 2025 – The second issue of the peer-reviewed scientific journal "Journal of Economics and Business Administration," published by the College of Economics and Business Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota, was released on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
The first section of the second issue includes, as in the first issue, the name of the journal, an overview, the vision, mission, and objectives, a list of the editorial board, a list of the advisory committee, a list of reviewers, a message from the editor-in-chief, and the publication rules and guidelines.
The second section features seven peer-reviewed research papers by eleven researchers. The first paper is in English, titled "The impact of work stress on job performance in Islamic banks (an applied study on Salam African Bank in the Republic of Djibouti)," which addresses the impact of work stress on job performance in Islamic banks. The remaining papers are published in Arabic, with the following titles:
- Debt Scheduling in Islamic Banks: The Jordan Islamic Bank as a Model.
- The Impact of E-Marketing on Consumer Behavior: A Case Study of Sudani Telecommunications Company.

- The Implications of Fair Value Application in Financial Institutions on the Quality of Accounting Information: A Descriptive Study of Banks and Insurance Companies.
The journal serves as an important academic reference for researchers, professionals, and graduate students in the fields of economics and administration, embodying the college's vision to support impactful and innovative scientific research.
Additionally, the media center distributed the journal electronically in PDF format through all university media channels, and the technical team uploaded the issue to the official website's page for the College of Economics and Business Administration.
