University Registration for Summer Semester Still Open
Minnesota - Dr. Khadija Abdulwareth, the Director of Admissions and Registration at the Islamic University of Minnesota, announced that registration for the 1445 AH-2024 summer semester is still ongoing for graduate and undergraduate programs in 27 departments across seven colleges until the 15th of Shawwal.
The Director stated that registration is open in six departments under the College of Islamic Studies, including the Department of Quranic Studies and Sciences, the Department of Prophetic Tradition and its Sciences, the Department of Creed and Contemporary Schools of Thought, the Department of Islamic Studies, the Department of Islamic Studies in English, and the Department of Da'wah and Islamic Culture.
She also mentioned that registration is available in three departments under the College of Sharia and Law, namely the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles, the Department of Law, and the Department of Judiciary and Shari'a Policy. Additionally, registration is open in four departments under the College of Arts and Humanities, including the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, the Department of English Language and Literature, the Department of Political Science, and the Department of Islamic History and Civilization.
In the College of Education, registration has been opened in five departments, including the Department of Educational Administration, the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods, the Department of Educational Technology, the Department of Educational Psychology, and the Department of Family Counseling. Registration continues in three departments under the College of Economics and Business Administration, namely the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Accounting, and the Department of Islamic Economics.
Furthermore, in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, registration is available in three departments: the Department of Networks and Cybersecurity, the Department of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, and the Department of Administrative Information Systems. As for the College of Media, there are five departments open for registration, including the Department of Journalism and Communication.
